AuDHD Coaching that truely gets you.
Our AuDHD group coaching is creative, interactive and never boring, delivered in a way that gets your unique experiences and learning styles- with less talk and more doing!
Sensorium delivers a fun, creative coaching course for Adults 17+ with late diagnosis ADHD and/or autism at our sensory-friendly studio, where you can share and hear experiences frm like-minded others that truely get it, and use creativity to enhance your understanding of yourself and harness the power of the neurodivergent brain!
Led by Rachel Taplin, an NDIS registered art therapist with 25 years experience working with neurodivergent children and adults and a lifetime of lived experience. Throughout the 6 weeks we will be sharing all the information, psycho-education, tips, tricks and hacks, to build individualised tools and techniques to manage your daily life that fit your unique interests, routines and learning style. We utilise art-making, sensory experiencing, therapy tools, multimedia, and the power of the hive mind- sharing our experiences to learn more about ourselves from each other.
The course considers the many co-morbidies associated with living with undiagnosed neurodivergence, such as Complex trauma, PDA, depression, anxiety, health and gut issues and explains how these conditions co-exist and affect your life, while working through ways we can begin to heal mind and body, untangle your messes and improve your daily experience.
For those with a dual diagnosis of autism, we understand the ways in which you experience ADHD differently and provide alternative information and break out groups to support your unique challenges - all in a creative, fun and sensory friendly environment.
