Neurodiversity Coaching that truely gets you.
Therapeutic coaching for individuals and groups!
Trauma-informed | Neuro-affirming | Strengths-based | Never boring
Neurodiversity coaching means coaching that meets everyone across the spectrum - ADHDers, AuDHDers AND Autistic folk! Our individual and group coaching programs are not about ‘fixing’ you — it’s about getting to know your brain, accepting its squiggles, and learning how to work with it, not against it. This is a creative, flexible blend of ADHD coaching, lived wisdom, and therapeutic insight.
Art Therapist Rachel Taplin, has both lived experience as an ADHDer, but nearly 20 years experience supporting dozens of Autistic and ADHD individuals in a range of therapeutic capacities and has learned just about every method and intervention available, but one thing is for sure -no brain is the same and no one method works for everyone. The real key to the good life is truely accepting ourselves as we are and living authentically in order to meet our unique needs.
It’s for people who are tired of being misunderstood and ready to build a life that works for them — not in spite of their neurodivergence, but because of it.
Our one-on-one coaching is for all ages and stages, or navigating overlapping challenges like Autism, trauma, PDA, anxiety or burnout-, you’ll find a space that is understanding, safe, affirming, and actually useful. Sessions are designed to be dopamine-friendly, trauma-informed, and engaging. You can expect drawing, mind-mapping, sensory tools, mess, creativity, mind-blowing breakthroughs and practical change.
