    Expressive Arts Psychotherapy

    Our professional NDIS registered art therapists Rachel Taplin offer person centred, strength based, and sensory friendly art therapy sessions created around individual needs, strengths and interests, in your own home or other suitable environment, honoring your uniquely individual preferences and communication style. we might utilize artmaking, sensory stimulation, sandplay, music, movement, singing or even costumes, to meet your therapeutic needs and goals. Art therapy fosters individuality, self-acceptance and a better understanding of yourself and your emotions, while reducing stress and anxiety, improving relationships and meeting sensory diet needs.

  • ADHD & Autism Coaching

    Sensorium is a neurodivergent led space and we are passionate about connecting with other neurodiverse people, building supportive communities, sharing information and supporting you on your journey. Our ADHD and Autism coach offers 1:1 consultations , as well as our ADHD/AuDHD coaching and ADHD appreciation groups.

    In ADHD/AuDHD coaching we share information, psycho-education, tips, tricks and hacks, to build individualised tools and techniques to manage your daily life that fit your unique interests, routines and learning style. For those with a dual diagnosis of autism, our lived experience autism coach will be there to provide break out groups to support your uniques challenges.

    Sensorium has been known to offer an amazing range range of creative, fun and supportive art therapy groups that bring together diverse people with similar interests, needs and challenges to create together in a safe, inspiring and supportive spaces. with the closure of our studio, we are now looking h to offer these groups online and other community settings in collaborates with artists, teachers, psychologists, music and play therapists and other innovative and creative people to collaborate and facilitate school holiday workshops, groups and events that connect and heal. for more info about upcoming groups and workshops please join our Mailing List!
