Understand your brain. Build confidence. Create a life that works for you.
Neurodevelopmental counselling, creative approaches and capacity-building support for autistic and ADHD folks
Master's qualified Counsellor | Art Therapist | Neurodiversity Specialist
Being neurodivergent isn't something that needs to be fixed. It's something to be understood
Every neurodivergent person deserves the opportunity to understand themselves, develop practical skills, and create a life that honours who they truly are.
When you understand how your brain works, things begin to make more sense. The overwhelm, burnout, sensory differences, executive functioning challenges and the strengths that may have been overlooked along the way.
My approach combines neurodevelopmental counselling, creativity, education and practical skill-building to support autistic and ADHD adults to build self-awareness, confidence and strategies that work with their brain, not against it.
Together, we explore what makes you uniquely you, develop tools for everyday life, and create meaningful change that lasts

Functional capacity building to help you better understand yourself while developing the practical skills to live, work and participate in your community with greater confidence and independence. Together, we'll build strategies that support communication, executive functioning, self-advocacy, emotional regulation, sensory understanding and community participation in ways that work with your unique brain.

Creativity has a unique way of helping us understand ourselves, connect with others and learn in ways that feel natural. Through creative, sensory and experiential approaches, I tailor each session to your strengths, interests and passions, making learning practical, enjoyable and easier to integrate into everyday life. Whether working one-on-one or in groups, creativity becomes a bridge to greater confidence, connection and community.

The Sensorium Approach
At Sensorium, we believe every neurodivergent person deserves the opportunity to understand themselves, build practical skills, and create a life that honours who they truly are.
We don't see neurodivergence as something to be fixed. We see it as a different way of experiencing, processing and engaging with the world. Our role is to help people better understand their unique brain, recognise their strengths, navigate challenges and build the confidence to thrive.
Our approach is accessable, flexible, neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed and deeply relational. We combine counselling, creativity, sensory understanding, psychoeducation and evidence-informed practice to create support that is practical, engaging and meaningful.
Rather than relying on one therapeutic model, we draw from a range of approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems-informed practice, Positive Behaviour Support, motivational interviewing, creative therapies and experiential learning. Every session is tailored to the individual, recognising that no two neurodivergent people experience the world in exactly the same way.
Above all, we believe healing happens through understanding, connection and community, not correction.
