Flow States - a creative neurodevelopment program fpr late diagnosis ADHD and AuDHD adults
A six-week group program to help you understand your brain, embrace your neurodivergence and create a life that works for you.
Flow States is an engaging and supportive learning experience that blends ADHD coaching, peer mentoring, art therapy, counselling, psychoeducation, professional expertise and lived experience into a practical, connective and creative program for neurodivergent adults.
Unlike many ADHD programs, Flow States recognises that ADHD rarely exists in isolation. Many participants are also autistic (AuDHD) or have other co-occurring experiences such as trauma, anxiety, sensory processing differences or PDA. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, we'll explore how your unique neurotype influences the way you think, learn, communicate, regulate and move through the world.
Through interactive presentations, videos, infographics, creative experiential activities, group discussions and sensory-based practices, you'll gain a deeper understanding of yourself while building practical strategies that can be applied to everyday life. The course includes a 1:1 session at the end of the course to help you personally integrate your newfound knowledge.
Led by Rachel Taplin, a Master's qualified Counsellor and Art Therapist with over 20 years' experience supporting neurodivergent people—and lived AuDHD experience—Flow States is designed to help you understand your brain, honour your neurodivergence and find your flow

Embracing all neurodifference… because ADHD rarely travels alone.
For many adults, autism, trauma, masking and years of adapting to the world can change how ADHD presents. Together we'll explore the many ways neurodivergence can show up, helping you better understand your own patterns, strengths and support needs without trying to fit yourself into someone else's definition.
